Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Thank you for booking with The Intersectionality Learning College for a consultation. To ensure that all clients receive the best possible service, please review our policies before confirming your appointment. 1. Cancellation Policy: - More than 24 hours before the session. - No charge. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. - 72 hours or less before the session: - 50% of the session fee will be charged. This helps us account for lost time and opportunities when last-minute cancellations occur. - Less than 24 hours before the session / No-Show: - Full session fee will be charged. If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the full fee will be charged as the time has already been reserved for you. 2. Rescheduling Policy: - You may reschedule your session once with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you need to reschedule, please do so as soon as possible to ensure availability. - If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, the cancellation fee applies. 3. Refunds: - Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or for no-shows. If a session is canceled or rescheduled within the free window, there will be no charge. 4. Payment and Confirmation: - All sessions require full payment upfront to confirm your booking. Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. - Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details and a calendar invite. 5. By booking with us, you agree to the above policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you!
